TidelineJobs wants applicants to feel safe and well informed. This page sums up the standards we hold ourselves to when advertising roles and talking to people who apply.
It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where those documents go into more detail, they take priority, and this page is a plain summary you can read in a couple of minutes.
We only describe roles that are genuinely offered by an employer. We do not promise particular earnings, and we do not use made-up statistics, ratings or placement numbers. If an advert and the website disagree, we fix the one that is wrong.
Applicants are never asked for payment of any kind. We do not ask for deposits, starter kits, training fees, credits or top-ups. Applicants are never asked for passwords, one-time codes or banking logins either.
Before you begin any work we encourage you to obtain written details from the employer covering who they are, what the work is, how much it pays and when payment is made. HR can explain the general arrangement on WhatsApp, but the employer’s written confirmation is what counts.
Roles are open to adults anywhere in Australia. We do not screen applicants on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar personal attributes.
If you need information in a different format, or a little extra help to get through the training, tell HR and we will do our best to make it work for you.
Every role starts with short online training. HR stays available on WhatsApp while you learn, so you can ask questions as they come up rather than guessing. Nobody is expected to start work before they feel comfortable with what is involved.
We expect the employers we work with to describe their roles truthfully, to pay people as agreed and to treat applicants with respect. If we receive complaints that an employer is not meeting those expectations, we look into them and stop introducing applicants where the concern is confirmed.
Genuine messages from TidelineJobs come from the WhatsApp number shown on this website or from an address ending in @tidelinejobs.com. We will never ask you to move the conversation to an unfamiliar app, click a payment link or share a screen with us. If you receive something like that, do not respond and forward the details to us.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
We review these standards whenever our process changes, and at least once a year. Updates appear here with a new date at the top of the page.
If something about an advert, a message or a role does not feel right, please write to careers@tidelinejobs.com with as much detail as you can. Concerns are reviewed by a person and we will reply to tell you what we did.
